
Loh Mai Kai 糯米鸡 (glutenous rice chicken), one of my favorite.
After being in Australia for so many years, now kinda starting to miss the authentic Malaysian Chinese home cook meal how my mum used to cook. I've been prying on the delicious food in this weblog, images by images, served up by a talented chinese Malaysian girl, who now lives in Singapore. Her weblog, Shiokadelicious, has to be one of the best food blog around, and apparently even her blog got featured on Yahoo somehow. Everyday, I just keep browsing through her home cooking skill and trying to learn a few tricks, but I am a lazy bugger who can't really bother to mess up the whole kitchen for a dinner meal. Thank to the blog for showing the local stuff cuz there are a few delicacies I almost forgot I used to have when I was a kid!!! oh.... feel nostalgic and missing the food..... I must go back some time again...... yummm....
