Sharkfin

Personally, I am not very fond of shark fin, it's tasteless and too expensive for my liking. However, I was making a traditional Chinese New Year banquet, so shark fin soup is a must in the menu. I have to say it was my first time making this dish and it wasn't too bad at all.
